I'm a full-time Listing Specialist — helping homeowners sell well has been the center of my practice since day one. Selling a home is equal parts pricing strategy, preparation, marketing, and negotiation, and specializing in listings means those four things are my craft, not a sideline.

 

Here's what that doesn't mean: pressure. I'd rather tell you "now isn't your moment" than talk you into a sale that doesn't serve you. When the timing is right, my team and I put real data behind every recommendation — what your market is actually doing, not what a sales script says.
